Trois Soeurs Boutique Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Trois Soeurs Boutique. Your satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase (exchanges are not available).
Only REGULAR PRICED items are eligible for a return. A return request (instructions provided below) can be submitted if the product(s) meets the following criteria:
- Return request is submitted within 10 days from delivery date (the date the package was delivered per tracking number) After this timeframe, the product will not be eligible for return.
- Merchandise must be in the original condition (scent-free, unworn, unaltered, and with original tags still attached).
Merchandise that is returned damaged and worn, and/or returned past the 10-day timeframe will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund. Customer will be responsible for fees to ship the item back.
Shipping, handling, and route shipping insurance charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are not covered by Trois Soeurs Boutique. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Trois Soeurs Boutique is not responsible for any lost return packages, because of this we do suggest that you use a delivery confirmation on your return so you can track it.
Damages: You are welcome to report damaged or defective products within two (2) days from delivery date (this is the date that the package was delivered per tracking number). After this timeframe, damaged or defective products will not be eligible for return. Please email us at info@trsoboutique.com to report damaged or defective products. Must include a copy of the packing slip along with a photo of the damaged or defective product. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. This includes all jewelry and accessories. We do not offer exchanges currently.
Lost Packages: Trois Soeurs Boutique is not responsible for lost packages once the tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the shipping address listed in order confirmation details. If your package is lost or stolen, we suggest that you contact your local USPS office.
Return Request Information:
Submit return request via email to info@trsoboutique.com
Email must include:
- Customer’s First Name and Last Name (must match packing slip)
- Order #
- Item(s) name/description
- Photo of the merchandise item to be submitted for return
- Reason for the return
Once your email for the return request has been reviewed, you will be notified via email if the return has been approved.
Once the Return Request has been approved, follow instructions listed below:
Please include the packing slip with your return package. The packing slip is included with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap product(s) neatly using the same packaging material provided or similar material to protect the product(s). Customer is responsible for cost of shipping to return the item.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued. Shipping cost will not be included in refunded amount. After your refund has been processed, a credit will be applied back to your original form of payment (e.g. credit card, debit card, etc.).
